WOOoooooooo Apples

There is about 20lbs of apples sitting in my kitchen right now from a long but fun afternoon of apple picking this past weekend!! It was our weekend with J's daughter so we wanted to do something fun with her to get into the fall mood. I had found the best little dwarf apple orchard not to far from our house, it was so perfect the trees were just the right hight for all the lil ones to be able to reach the apples without having to be picked up all the time. (If you have one close to you i strongly sudgest going). So I called up a few of my best girl friends that have kids all around the same age to join in the fun. We spent prob 3-4 hours wandering up and down all the rows trying to get a few of every kind and to let the kids see how many different kinds of apples there are. It was so amazing ; ) Needless to say the following day was spent baking apple goodies!! We made apple turn overs and then apple crumble, tonight is a very large batch of apple sauce (anyone need some, im going to have apple sauce to last 3 years lol). For the rest of them i think ill experiment with new recipies - apple/banana muffins, apple loaf?, more aplle crumble as its J's fav. Should anyone have any more ideas let me know please!!!!

Thinking about my very full house while i should be working!! oops lol

2 months ago i was living as a batchelorette. Dating and spending much of my time at my new boyfriends house but i still had my own house. Its nothing special but it was mine :) I had enough room for me, my crafts and my kitten (taya). Than all of a sudden i turn around and there 5 people livinging in my home and i cant even breath deeply without bumping into something. One of my good girl friends was having some issues at home and needed a place to stay and then my boy friend (J) is getting his things packed up to move in as well. So it went from me to - Me, J, his 4 year old daughter, my friend and her 3 year old daughter inside my very narrow 2 bedroom townhouse. Oh and i cant forget about the kitten that came along with them.
I have spent every spare moment trying to get a well organized house from organized to overwhelming back to organized! Not an easy taks when trying to accomidate 3 homes worth of furniture into one. Finally 2 weeks ago i accomplished my goal and had a spot for everything (jumped up and down with joy, just cause thats what i do), followed by a very bizzy week at work, only to find out that my new "roomates" cant pick up after themselves (had a bit of a cry fest, just cause thats what i do). J felt bad cause he know how i like to have my home but he still hasnt figured out where i put everything and he was worried to put it in the wrong spot and well my friend is just plain lazy. So once again i kick everyone out of the house cause they frustrate the heck out of me, I spend an entire friday night re-cleaning my house back into a home. (yes thats how i spend my friday nights, im super cool like that)!
 Last night J looked over at me from the other end of the couch and said "So this is what its like to live together" I looked back at him with a very confuzzed look on my face, He says "your friend has not been home all week! Look around the house is still clean, things are where they are subposed to be and there are no dishes in the kitchen". I look around the house and realize he was right my friend had been staying the nights with her new "male friend" and had not been there at all other than to maybe grab clothes. A big grin spread accross my face seeing that all my hard work was not for nothing yet again.
J leanes over tells me he loves me and the fact that we are together, kisses me than lets me get back to my tv show.

 Longest post ever I know but i wanted to get it down cause it made me smile :)

Sitting here looking out the window

So right now im sitting at my desk at work watching diggers and trucks and all kinds of big, loud and smelly vehicles go back and forth. As it turnes out the building manager has decided to have the parking lot re-done!! It is so loud in here that there is no piont in answering the phone or even trying to think quietly lol cause every time i try to it seems they get louder. So i have opt'd to make a cup of tea and watch construction workers for the rest of my friday afternoon :) Its going to be wonderful.

My very first post ever :)

Hello world of blogging !!
This is the first time i have writen a blog post, or even being on a blog site so at this point im not to sure what to say?? I have never been much of a writer but i have been told this is a great way to stay in touch with people and to create a new circle of friends. I have been through quit a few changes in my life over the past few months (which i will update my profile with very soon) and find my self feeling a little lost. So here i am hopeing that i can find a few words of encouragement and some helpfull tips along the way.
